1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using grabix.app (“Grabix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

2. The service

Grabix provides a tool that processes publicly available Instagram links and presents available media-download options. Grabix is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Grabix. You may use Grabix only for lawful, personal use and only where you have the necessary rights or permission to access, download, save, or use the content.

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or technical restrictions.

• Introduce malware, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorised access to systems connected to Grabix.

5. Intellectual property and third-party content

Grabix’s branding, design, software, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Instagram, Meta, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Media accessible through a submitted link belongs to its respective owner. Grabix does not claim ownership of that media, and use of the service does not grant you any rights in it.

6. Copyright concerns

Grabix respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe that content or material on Grabix itself infringes your rights, email us with sufficient details to identify the material and your claim. We will review legitimate notices promptly.

7. Third-party services

Grabix may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, practices, terms, or privacy policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Availability and disclaimers

Grabix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every link, device, browser, or platform change.
